Overview:
Willows Bend Senior Living is seeking a senior care & living Director of Sales and Outreach, whom assists in creating, implementing, and directing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer managed Senior Assisted Living/Memory Care housing community in Fridley, MN . They assist with tours, lease signings, community outreach, tenant certifications, external and internal stakeholder relations and marketing. This position is based primarily in the community location and has significant time devoted to working with external referral resources.

Willows Bend Senior Living is seeking a senior care & living Director of Sales and Outreach, whom assists in creating, implementing, and directing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer managed Senior Assisted Living/Memory Care housing community in Fridley, MN . They assist with tours, lease signings, community outreach, tenant certifications, external and internal stakeholder relations and marketing. This position is based primarily in the community location and has significant time devoted to working with external referral resources.
- Full Time, Salaried.
- Day shift with some early evening's; flexibility required for tours, move-in paperwork, events.
- There will be weekend manager rotation as well as potential needs for tours and family visits after hours.

Responsibilities/Job Description: Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy:
- Works with corporate marketing department to design and coordinate marketing & sales plans/initiatives
- Develops and maintains effective, on-going relationships with external referral resources
- Creates and maintains system for generating new leads
- Follows Ebenezer Sales System guidelines
- Ensures that marketing materials are current and available
- Obtains and analyzes competitive pricing and market area trend information as it relates to the senior housing community
- In conjunction with the Executive Director and Corporate Marketing Consultant, develops and maintains marketing budgets
- Schedules and conducts tours
- Makes recommendations for web content and changes
- Implements pre-closings and closings of unit sales
- Maintains data base on current residents
- Maintains current Occupancy Reporting requirements
- Manages wait list
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
- Three to five years similar experience preferred
Preferred:
- Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate preferred
- Experience with low income housing/elderly waiver desirable
